RT with SPT

Brief SPT pulses might sensitize to radiotherapy.

In 2023 I did SBRT. I used ADT/ARSI for 3 sessions. Brief SPT pulses using OTU for the last two sessions. PARPi for all sessions.

ADT/ARSI evidence was coming out. PARPi was emerging. There was no SPT data that I was aware of but now there is.
